These terms cover your use of the aiandsystems.io Comment-to-Customer System. By purchasing, you agree to them.
What you're buying
We build and set up your comment-to-customer system, connecting your Instagram, Facebook and TikTok, and configuring your campaigns, automations, lead capture, follow-ups and pipeline. Full setup is included on both plans, and you get full login and control to run and edit everything yourself.
Plans and billing
Control is £50/month and Growth is £147/month. Both plans have a 3-month minimum on monthly billing, after which you continue month to month and can cancel any time. If you pay three months upfront, you save 30% on your first three months, then continue at the standard monthly price from month four.
Setup
Your setup begins once payment is received. We'll be in touch to connect your accounts and build out your system. Most setups are completed within one to two weeks, depending on access and how quickly we can align on your campaigns.
What's included and what's not
Both plans include the full system build described on the Comment-to-Customer page. Content creation, paid ads, follow-to-unlock gating and Telegram are not included. The Growth plan adds ongoing support, business setup advice and one new workflow built for you each month.
Access
We only need viewer or standard access to connect your accounts. We never ask for master credentials or passwords. You keep full ownership of your accounts and data.
Cancelling
After the 3-month minimum on a monthly plan, you can cancel any time and your service continues until the end of the period you've paid for. The 3-month minimum applies to monthly plans; upfront three-month payments are non-refundable once setup has begun.
Payments
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are in pounds sterling and include setup where stated.
